CATS AND LOBSTERS
Acrylic on canvas. Price 11.500€. Behind this work lies the artist's wish to create her very own interpretation of a subject that Pablo Picasso explored on several occasions. Two lobsters on a floating chessboard catch the attention of two cats with an obvious lack of intention to devour these crustaceans. The attitude of the cats marks a clear difference from Picasso's interpretations.

Plaster base. Private collection. First sculpture of the series MENINAS DEL SUR. A realistic Menina that leaves realism behind entirely in the course of its decoration: acrylic, rhinestones, Swarovski costume jewellery, feathers, fox fur, metal and glass turn it into an “eye catcher”.

FIRST OF ALL
Acrylic on canvas. Price 1.800€. A horse-race scene inspired by the races on Sanlúcar's natural racecourse, with a vanishing point.
LITTLE BIRD
Acrylic on canvas. Price 2.000€. A small-format work, painted after the related work “SORRY”, work No. 12 of PROJECT 15. For it, the artist takes up a different idea to interpret this subject. Uta depicts a living sparrow that seems to know its fate.
WHITE PRE
Acrylic and oil on canvas. Price 2.600€. An equestrian portrait that looks like a finished puzzle of irregular geometric pieces, with a clear distinction between the different fields. The fragments, and above all the gaze of this horse, radiate great peace and reflect the animal's complete well-being. The horse is a very important subject in Uta's oeuvre; she keeps reinventing the way she portrays these creatures. “WHITE PRE” is a beautiful proof of this.
GARDEN OF THE HESPERIDES
Acrylic on canvas. Price 2.200€. According to Greek legend, these gardens lay in Tartessos, the south of the Iberian Peninsula where Uta has chosen to live and create. In homage to this, the artist creates a work rich in symbolism: a suggestion of God, the sun and a star, fruit, a hand. A canvas full of detail, strength and colour.
JUMPING COLT
Acrylic on canvas. Price 800€. A rearing colt broken up into cubic pieces. A warm pastel-pink background and black and red polka dots, both on white. This canvas has a double frame in medium pink and titanium white, both glossy solid-wood mouldings.
CURRITA sketch for SONNENANBETERIN
Acrylic on canvas. Price 2.200€. This small-format canvas is based on one of the sketches for the work SONNENANBETERIN from PROJECT 15. A female Andalusian Bodeguero dog that does not meet the strict standards of her breed. Her appearance and her polka-dot harness speak of the life she leads, and of her owner.
